Any Problems
As a rule, please be sure to check the log, and try Verbose Logging for more info. This will answer a number of questions for you.

Roundtrip Messages disappear
If you check your reading account with another email program, there is a chance that your roundtrip messages will get downloaded/removed from the account before they are located. We recomend using a dedicated mail account for roundtrip testing.

SNMP Traps not working or Installation Error 1904
During the installation an error registering an SNMP file may occur if the machine does not already have Windows SNMP support. Selecting Ignor will allow the installation to complete but the program will not be able to to send SNMP traps to your NMS. To fix this, simply add the Windows SNMP Agent, then use the Add/Remove Software Control panel icon to repair.
